Thank you for being willing to donate a piece of your work to Artspring 2011. We are honored to have you as a participating artist. Please take a moment to be sure that you've completed the following items. You can also download our handy Artist Checklist to check off items as you complete them.

1. Download the PDF Art Submission Form (see Forms + Downloads section at left). You may fill in the form directly on your computer or you may print it out and fill in by hand. Forms may be emailed to our or mailed to:

   Deadline: October 1, 2010 or sooner
2. Attach a completed copy of the Art Submission Form to the back of each entry.
3. Please provide a short biography as to your training, expertise, or inspiration for your work (maximum 200 words). Submit a digital image of your artwork (JPG or TIF format, 300 dpi) for inclusion on the Artspring website and event brochure. If you provide your website, we will include that as well. Send both biography and digital image to our .
   Deadline: November 1, 2010 or sooner
4. If you have not done so already, please contact to make arrangements for delivering your piece(s). You can drop it off at Ambleside School, we can pick it up from a specified location, or you can send it to us via using our FedEx account. We prefer to receive framed artwork, but will accept unframed artwork and have it framed for the event.
   Delivery Deadline for artwork that needs to be framed is February 1, 2011; deadline for artwork that is already framed (preferred) is Febrary 15, 2011.

Once we’ve received all of these items, we will send you a tax receipt for your donation. You will also receive two complimentary tickets to the auction in March 2010.
